Terms of Use

Effective July 27, 2026

What FameLive is

FameLive is a private rehearsal and entertainment tool that places fictional audience activity around your real camera preview. It does not connect to or broadcast on third-party social platforms.

Your recordings

You are responsible for what you record and share. Only record people who have agreed to be recorded, and do not use FameLive to harass, deceive, impersonate, or violate another person’s rights.

Fictional activity

Viewer counts, comments, gifts, reactions, and viral events shown by FameLive are simulations. Do not present them as verified evidence of real platform activity, earnings, endorsements, or audience size.

Platform names and marks

Third-party platform names and logos are used only to identify a visual simulation style. FameLive is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, Douyin, or their owners. All third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

Subscriptions

FameLive Pro may be offered as an auto-renewable subscription. The exact price, period, trial eligibility, and renewal terms are shown by Apple before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account settings. Restore Purchases is available inside the app.

Availability

Camera, speech recognition, AI reactions, advertisements, and exports may vary by device, permission, region, network availability, and Apple service status. We may change or discontinue features as the product evolves.

Acceptable use

Apple terms

These terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple’s required terms, Apple’s terms control.

Disclaimer

FameLive is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Simulated results and AI-generated comments may be inaccurate or inappropriate. Review your recording before sharing it.
